En este curso fusionaremos las artes aplicadas con las ventajas que nos ofrece el pirograbado adaptado a la sombrerería. Antes de ofrecer este curso hemos investigado sobre las utilidades que ofrece el pirograbado y la pintura en pieles, cueros y curtidos.
In this course we will merge applied arts with the advantages offered by pyrography, all adapted to the world of millinery. Before offering this course we have researched utilities offered by pyrography, painting on furs, leather and tannery.
La técnica del pirograbado consiste en ir quemando con un pirógrafo el dibujo que hayamos hecho previamente. Iremos repasando todos los trazos del dibujo quemándolo con la punta caliente, dándole vida al dibujo y jugando con las sombras. También trabajaremos la piel pirograbada anteriormente utilizando la técnica mixta, ya que pintaremos con pinceles el trabajo previamente pirograbado. No se utilizarán troqueles ni ningún objeto parecido para dar forma a la piel y pintaremos a mano alzada sin necesidad de plantilla, por lo que ahorraremos bastante dinero al no tener que utilizar herramientas extras que generan gastos superfluos. Haremos todo artesanalmente con el objetivo de conseguir piezas únicas gracias a nuestra imaginación, destreza, creatividad y diseño. Además, en este curso aprenderemos a moldear/hormar un casquete o base con piel, trabajaremos las bases y casquetes dándole un acabado de alta costura y también pirograbaremos hojas, flores, aplicaciones, etc.
Pyrography means burning a previously selected shape with a woodburning drawer. We will be go along all the lines of the drawing with a hot, burning tip, giving life to our drawing and playing with the shadows. Once we are done with this step, we shall paint our piece with small brushes. We won´t use die cuts or similar objects in order to shape the skin but will paint directly and without any pattern on fur, leather or tannery. This helps us save money which you otherwise would have to invest in more tools, i.e. we prevent unnecessary expenses. We will create unique pieces, all steps being customized and hand-made and baased on our imagination, artistical skills, creativity and personal design. Besides learning how to mold / hormar a casquete or base with leather we will shall work with the latter, decorate and give them an haute couture finish. Also, we will apply pyrography on leaves, flowers, applications, etc.

Este curso es el más completo y versátil que hay en el mercado, ya que aparte de aprender a trabajar de una manera distinta la piel, el cuero y los curtidos aplicándolo a la sombrerería, aprenderás nuevas técnicas que te servirán para trabajar y experimentar con otros materiales.

This course is the most complete and versatile on the market, since besides from learning a new technique to work with materials like skin, leather and tannery and applying it to the headgear and millinery, you will learn new techniques that will serve to work and experiment with other materials.
